The majority of companies that become clients are microcap companies which by definition - are companies that have a market capitalization of $500 million or less.

These companies offer the greatest amount of growth as from 2012 to 2022, 446  companies in the public markets became ten‑baggers (10X return) and 87 % were microcap companies.  82 % of these companies were already profitable; icons like Monster Energy, Netflix, Walmart, Amgen, Intuitive Surgical, and even Berkshire Hathaway all began below this threshold. These results provide owner/operators great incentive to pursue the public markets because of the huge upside potential.

Candidate Company Selection Criteria

To ensure the success of our programs, ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

 

Entity & Stage:

  • Legally registered U.S. or Canada company
     

  • Later-stage business (Not early-stage or startup - Minimum Top Line Rev. Must be $20 Million+)
     

For Public Market Readiness:

  • Demonstrated intent to go public or execute a liquidity event within 36 months
     

Financial Performance:

  • Positive cash flow and consistent year-over-year revenue growth
     

  • Completed or committed to providing three years of audited financials
     

Industry Experience:

  • At least 5–10 years of operating history in relevant commercial markets
     

Internal Readiness:

  • Completion of Eliakim Capital’s proprietary readiness assessment
     

Legal & Regulatory Standing:

  • No recent history of serious legal, civil, or regulatory issues involving the company or its leadership
