As President of Capitol Solutions Consulting, LLC, Terri has worked with organizations of all sizes to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, expand market presence, secure significant funding, and build influential alliances with U.S. federal agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and international partners.

Prior to her consulting work, Terri served as a congressional candidate and as a legislative staff member, gaining firsthand knowledge of legislative processes, federal regulatory frameworks, community engagement, and political strategy. This experience equips her with a unique perspective on how public policy shapes market opportunities and organizational decision-making. She has also worked closely with Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs), supporting growth strategies that integrate federal programs, commercial initiatives, and community-based impact models.
