His career spans CEO, COO, and CFO roles across ESOPs, family-owned businesses, and private companies, giving him a uniquely holistic understanding of both operational execution and organizational governance.

John has built and overseen complex global footprints, including seven production facilities across the United States and Mexico, operational offices in China and Hong Kong, and a Caribbean-based processing plant that he designed and commissioned.
